After a few trials, our manuscript examining the costs of mate guarding from both a male and female perspective just got accepted in Animal Behaviour! A great outcome.
In this manuscript, we look at female remating rates and how males monopolize females, aswell as examine the physiological costs males encounter during mate guarding.
